KIRKPATRICK WAIVED HIS RIGHT TO A PRELIMINARY HEARING IN MAGISTRATE COURT. HE WILL BE ARRAIGNED IN RED WILLOW COUNTY DISTRICT COURT MONDAY MARCH 7TH. At this hearing, the charges will be read to him by David Urbom, District Judge, and he will be asked to enter a plea. He is currently being held without bond.
