A Washington, Kansas woman will appear at the July motion day in Norton County District Court.
Jennifer Layman has been charged with three counts of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility in connection with an alleged April 14th incident. Those charges are level five and six non-person felonies. Layman made her first appearance May 5th. During her preliminary hearing, she waived her right to a hearing. She will appear at the July 11th Motion Day, according to Magistrate Judge Debra Anderson.
