 A Norton man will have a jury trial in september in norton county district court.  28-YEAR-OLD Ryan Zweygardt was charged with two counts of alleged rape.  Those charges are in connection with alleged incidents on March 19th and April 10th.  He was also charged with two counts of aggravated battery and aggravated sodomy, in connection with those two incidents.  At his hearing Thursday, Zweygardt was bound over to face two counts of rape, one count of criminal sodomy, and one count of aggravated battery.  One county of battery was withdrawn.   At his arraignment yesterday Zweygardt stood mute to the charges.  A not guilty plea was entered for him.  His jury trial is set for September 8th at nine, according to Norton County Attorney Doug Sebelius.  He remains in jail on 500 thousand dollars bond.
