A Norcatur man will be on a diversion agreement for a year for two charges from Norton County Magistrate Court. Eric Cantrell has been charged with two counts of domestic battery, class b person misdemeanors. Those charges are in connection with an alleged October 16th incident. He pled not guilty. At his trial, Cantrell entered into a six-month diversion agreement. He must refraining from breaking any laws and pay the costs of 160 dollars, assessment fee of 100, diversion fee of 100 and a booking fee of 45. Cantrell will be on unsupervised diversion through the District Court, according to Magistrate Judge Debra Anderson.
