AN EMPORIA MAN WILL BE SENTENCED AT THE FEBRUARY MOTION DAY FOR A LIST OF CHARGES IN NORTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.  DARRELL MOORE WAS ORIGINALLY CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT EACH OF THIRD OFFENSE DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, A FELONY, FAILURE TO STOP AND REMAIN AT AN INJURY ACCIDENT, FAILURE TO REPORT AN INJURY ACCIDENT, INTERFERING WITH A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICErS, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A SINGLE LANE OF TRAFFIC, NO PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE, EXPIRED REGISTRATION AND DRIVING WHILE REVOKED AS A HABITUAL VIOLATOR.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED DECEMBER FIRST TRAFFIC ACCIDENT east of almena THAT INJURED NIKI KINDERKNECHT OF ALMENA.  IN A PLEA AGREEMENT, MOORE PLED TO D.U.I., LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN INJURY ACCIDENT, NO LIABILITY INSURANCE AND DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE WILL BEING A HABITUAL VIOLATOR.  THE OTHER CHARGES WERE WITHDRAWN.  A PRE-SENTENCE REPORT AND CRIMINAL HISTORY will be DONE.  MOORE WILL BE SENTENCED AT THE FEBRUARY 13TH MOTION DAY, ACCORDING TO NORTON COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.  MOORE IS CURRENTLY IN JAIL
