A Norton man was found guilty of a criminal trespass charge in Norton Municipal Court. Roger Thomas was charged with criminal trespass in connection with an alleged January 9th incident. He pled no contest and was found guilty. Thomas was fined 1000 dollars suspended to 100 dollars and court costs of 76 if there is no trouble during probation. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended to six months probation. Thomas was also to have no contact with the residents at 708 West Woodsfield, according to Municipal Judge Jerry Hawks.
