An Almena woman is on a diversion agreement for a year for a charge from Norton Municipal Court.  Ianny Towery was charged with one count of misdemeanor theft, in connection with an alleged December 6^th incident.  She entered into a one-year diversion agreement.  She was assessed a diversion fee of 100, assessment fee of 100 and court costs of 76, according to Municipal Judge Jerry Hawks.
