A NORTON YOUNG MAN WILL BE DOING COMMUNITY SERVICE FOR CHARGES FROM NORTON MUNICIPAL COURT.  TOBY NICKELL WAS CHARGED WITH SPEEDING 40 IN A 30 MILE PER HOUR ZONE AND NO DRIVER’S LICENSE.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED JANUARY 5TH INCIDENT.  NICKELL PLED GUILTY TO SPEEDING AND THE DRIVER’S LICENSE CHARGE WAS DISMISSED WITH PROMISE TO GET A LICENSE.  NICKELL WAS SENTENCED TO COMMUNITY SERVICE OF PULLING WEED FROM THE WEST SIDE OF STATE STREET MARCH FIRST THROUGH OCTOBER 31ST FROM THE PINESTONE PARK TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS, ACCORDING TO MUNICIPAL JUDGE JERRY HAWKS.
