A NORTON MAN WAS FOUND GUILTY OF TWO CHARGES IN NORTON MUNICIPAL COURT.  JAKE ROMEY WAS CHARGED WITH RECKLESS DRIVING AND DRIVING ON LAWNS AND SIDEWALKS FOR TURNING KITTYS AND TEARING UP ON THE GROUND BEHIND THE RACE TRACK, IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED OCTOBER 9TH INCIDENT.  HE PLED NOT GUILTY AND WAS FOUND GUILTY AT A TRIAL.  HE WAS FINED 200 DOLLARS EACH FOR BOTH CHARGES PLUS WITNESS FEES OF 40 AND COURT COSTS OF 76.  HE WAS SENTENCED TO FIVE DAYS IN JAIL, SUSPENDED IF THE FINES ARE PAID BY FEBRUARY 28TH, ACCORDING TO MUNICIPAL JUDGE JERRY HAWKS.
