THE OPTIONS FOR FINANCING THE POOL RENOVATIONS AND THE BENEFITS OF FIBER OPTICS WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL TONIGHT.  THE POOL DESIGN COMMITTEE MET MONDAY NIGHT AND TONIGHT RICK ENSZ FROM COOPER, MALONE, MCCLAIN WILL BE AT THE MEETING TO DISCUSS POOL FINANCING OPTIONS.  THEY WILL ALSO HEAR A REPORT ON THE BENEFITS OF FIBER OPTICS FROM MAGGIE ELLIS FROM NEX-TECH.  THE PARKS COMMITTEE WILL BE ASKED TO DISCUS THE USE REQUESTS FOR THE ELMWOOD PARK BUILDINGS.  THE COUNCIL TONIGHT WILL CONSIDER THE ORDINANCE REGARDING SPAY AND NEUTER DEPOSIT FOR DOG ADOPTIONS AND THE REMOVING OF THE NO PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF MADISON STREET.  THE REPORT FROM THE CHAMBER BOARD AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR WILL BE PRESENTED.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL BEGINS TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF CITY HALL.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
