AN INMATE OF THE NORTON CORRECTIONAL FACILITY WILL APPEAR AT THE MARCH MOTION DAY FOR DRUG RELATED CHARGES.  THOMAS ANDREW WILHITE WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT EACH OF TRAFFIC IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, TRAFFIC IN CONTRABAND-TOBACCO, AND POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED OCTOBER 9TH INCIDENT.  WILHITE WAIVED HIS RIGHT TO A PRELIMINARY HEARING IN MAGISTRATE COURT LAST WEEK.  HE WOULD BOUND OVER FOR ARRAIGNMENT AT THE MARCH 12TH MOTION DAY, ACCORDING TO NORTON COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.  WILHITE REMAINS INCARCERATED AT THE NORTON CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.
