KIRKPATRICK, OF BARTLEY NEBRASKA, HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE, USE OF A DEADLY WEAPON TO COMMIT A FELONY, TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE AND UNLAWFUL BURIAL. THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEATH OF 14-YEAR-OLD KAILEE CLAPP OF MCCOOK JANUARY 21ST OF 2010. JUDGE DAVID URBOM SET A MOTIONS HEARING FOR APRIL 17TH AT NINE A.M. TO HEAR TWO MOTIONS TO SUPPRESS EVIDENCE FILED BY THE DEFENDANT’S ATTORNEYS. NO TRIAL DATE HAS YET BEEN SET, ACCORDING TO THE RED WILLOW COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.
