THE PLANS FOR SUMMER SCHOOL AND THE FEES FOR DRIVERS ED WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE USD 211 NORTON BOARD OF EDUCATION TONIGHT. AT THE REGULAR FEBRUARY MEETING, PRINCIPAL COREY ROY FROM THE EISENHOWER SCHOOL PRESENTED THE PLANS FOR SUMMER SCHOOL. THOSE PLANS WILL BE VOTED ON TONIGHT. ALSO, THE BOARD WILL CONSIDER THE FEE FOR THE SUMMER DRIVER’S EDUCATION PROGRAM. THEY WILL CONSIDER A REVISED CLASS SCHEDULE FOR THE NORTON JUNIOR HIGH. THE BOARD WILL RECEIVE THE AMENDED ACTIVITIES POLICY. THEY WILL CONTINUE THEIR DISCUSSION ON THE COMPOSITION OF PARTICIPANTS FOR THE PLANNING MEETING AFTER THE SURVEYS ARE DONE AND THE PAPERLESS BOARD MEETINGS. THEY WILL RECEIVED THE PROPOSAL FOR THE JUNIOR HIGH GYM FLOOR REPAIR. THE BOARD WILL ALSO CONSIDER THE USD 211 TECHNOLOGY PLAN AS REQUIRED BY THE KANSAS STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. THE MEETING OF THE USD 211 NORTON BOARD OF EDUCATION BEGINS TONIGHT AT 7:30 IN THE BOARD ROOM OF THE UNIFIED OFFICE. ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
