COMMITTEE REPORTS WILL HIGHLIGHT THE AGENDA FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL TONIGHT.  THE REPORTS FROM THE PUBLIC SAFETY, FINANCE, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS TRAVEL AND TOURISM WILL BE PRESENTED.  CITY ADMINISTRATOR ROB LAWSON WILL PRESENT HIS REPORT.  THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE CEREAL MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR THE NEPRA AT THE ELMWOOD PARK SPEEDWAY.   THE THIRD READING OF THE ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE SPAY AND NEUTER FEES FOR DOG ADOPTIONS AS WELL AS REMOVING THE NO PARKING ON MADISON STREET WILL BE CONSIDERED.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL BEGINS TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF CITY HALL.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
