THE CHANGING OF COUNCIL MEMBERS AND THE PRESENTATION FROM PENCO ENGINEERING WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL TONIGHT.  TOBY KUHN AND JEFF OTTER DID NOT RE-FILE FOR THEIR POSITIONS AND WILL BE STEPPING DOWN FROM THE COUNCIL.  HARRIETT GILL AND RON BRIERY WILL BE TAKING THEIR PLACES ALONG WITH DONNA FOLEY WHO REFILED FOR HER POSITION AND WAS RE-ELECTED.  THE COUNCIL PRESIDENT AND THE COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE NAMED.  THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A DONATION FOR THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE NORTON PUBLIC LIBRARY.  JEROL BEDORE FROM PENCO ENGINEERING WILL DISCUSS THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM OFF THE AIRPORT AND SOUTH.  HE WILL ALSO ADDRESS THE NORTON POOL.  PENCO WAS ALSO ASKED TO DO A STUDY FO THE AREA JUST NORTH OF HIGHWAY 36 ON NORTH NORTON STREET.  THE REPORTS FROM CITY ADMINISTRATOR ROB LAWSON, THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD AND THE CHAMBER BOARD WILL BE PRESENTED TONIGHT.  THE REQUEST FOR A DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT FOR A RELAY FOR LIFE TEAM WILL BE PRESENTED.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL BEGINS TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF CITY HALL.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
