A BEAVER CITY MAN HAS CHANGED HIS PLEA IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  TYLER LINNER OF BEAVER CITY WAS CHARGED WITH THREE COUNTS OF CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ALL IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED MARCH 10TH, 2011 INCIDENT.  AT HIS ARRAIGNMENT HE PLED NOT GUILTY.  HE CHANGED HIS PLEA TO GUILTY OF ONE COUNT OF CRIMINAL DAMAGE, AND THE OTHER TWO WERE DISMISSED.  HE WAS SENTENCED TO SIX MONTHS IN JAIL, SUSPENDED TO SIX MONTHS UNSUPERVISED PROBATION.  LINNER WAS ORDERED TO PAY RESTITUTION TO DWIGHT SPRIGG OF 30 DOLLARS, BRAD MCMULLEN 60 AND SID GOSSELIN 82.  HE WAS FINED 200 DOLLARS, ASSESSED COURT COSTS OF 160, BOOKING FEE OF 45 AND COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY FEES, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.
