AN ALMENA WOMAN PLED GUILTY TO ONE OF FOUR CHARGES FILED AGAIN HER IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  IANNY TOWERY HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO STOP AT A STOP SIGN, NO PROOF OF INSURANCE A TAG NOT ASSIGNED TO THE VEHICLE, AND DRIVING WHILE REVOKED.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED JANUARY 10TH INCIDENT.  IN A PLEA AGREEMENT, TOWERY PLED GUILTY TO DRIVING WHILE REVOKED AND THE OTHER THREE WERE DISMISSED.  SHE WAS SENTENCED TO 12 MONTHS IN JAIL, SUSPENDED TO PROBATION, WITH THE STIPULATION THAT SHE SERVES FIVE DAYS IN JAIL, BEFORE APRIL 17TH, WHICH HAS BEEN DONE.  SHE WAS FINED 250 DOLLARS, ASSESSED COURT COSTS OF 98 AND COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY FEES, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.  TOWERY MUST MAKE 75-DOLLAR PAYMENTS MONTHLY TO THE COURT UNTIL THE FINES AND FEES ARE ALL PAID OFF.
