THE BOARD POSITIONS UP FOR APPOINTMENT AND THE UPDATE ON PROJECTS WILL HIGHLIGHT THE AGENDA FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD TONIGHT.  THE BOARD POSITIONS FOR GREG MANN, GAYLE JAMES, BRAD HOPKINS AND DEENA WENTE ARE UP FOR APPOINTMENT BY THEIR VARIOUS COUNCILS OR COMMISSIONS.  ALSO, DIRECTOR SCOTT SPROUL WILL UPDATE THE BOARD ON THE COLBY COMMUNITY COLLEGE NORTON ANNEX AS WELL AS THE DOCTOR LYON’S HOUSE.  A REQUEST FROM THE NORTHWEST KANSAS TECHNICAL COLLEGE IN GOODLAND WILL BE ADDRESSED.  THE CITY OF ALMENA IS HOSTING A MEETING TO DISCUSS HOUSING NEEDS.  THE E-COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP TEAM HAS MET FOR THE TWO APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AND THE FINANCIAL REVIEW BOARD WILL MEET TOMORROW MORNING.  THE FUNDING FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND THE WEB-SITE REBUILD WILL BE DISCUSSED TONIGHT.  SPROUL WILL ALSO PRESENT HIS REPORT.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD WILL BE TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE OFFICE AT 205 SOUTH STATE STREET.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
