THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION AND THE DEBT SERVICE FOR THE POOL WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL TONIGHT.  THE COUNCIL WILL APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE P.B.C., ELECT OFFICERS AND CONSIDER THE BYLAWS FOR THE COMMISSION.  THE FEATURES, SCOPE AND BUDGET FOR THE POOL WILL BE FINALIZED.  RICK ENSZ, BOND COUNSEL, WILL REVIEW THE PRELIMINARY DEBT SERVICE AND SALES TAX EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.  THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER DESIGNATING THE 100 BLOCK OF EAST WARSAW AS AN EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTE.  THEY WILL CONSIDER A CHANGE TO THE CITY CODE DEALING WITH BULK STORAGE AND VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN THE GOLF ADDITION.  THE REPORT FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS WORK SESSION, A SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT REQUEST AND THE REPORT FROM THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR WILL BE PRESENTED.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL BEGINS TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF CITY HALL.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
