There’s nothing like Branson in the fall with the changing of the colors and the beautiful weather of the Ozarks.
Monday, October 1
After checking in and a rest, we’re off for dinner at the Uptown Café.
Then it’s off to the Mickey Gilley show. Mickey takes his audience through a musical medley of his 39 hit songs, 17 which went to the top of the charts. Mickey will share the magic he’s held over audiences for over two decades.
Tuesday, October 2
After breakfast at our motel, we’ll start the day with the Clay Cooper Country Music Express. Clay shares the stage with 20 veteran cast members in a high energy, country music variety show guaranteed to make you tap your toes, stomp your feet, and even let out a holler or two. Clay’s show is great for all ages, and features unbelievable talent, hysterical comedy, and down home personality that brings back guests time and time again.
Following the show, we’ll have lunch at the Great American Steak & Chicken House.
Then we’re off to see Six. Voted ‘Entertainers of the Year’ in 2009 and 2010, Six delivers their brand of entertainment like no other musical group. Six has thrilled audiences from North America to Europe and Asia. Dubbed an orchestra of human voices, you won’t believe what comes out of their mouths.
Following the show, we’ll have dinner at the beautiful Garden restaurant.
Then it’s off to see the Rankin Brothers. Voted Branson’s best show in 2009 & 2010, the Rankin Brothers Classic Music Review has received over 15 awards in its first 3 seasons in Branson. Their show features timeless classics from rock & roll, country, folk and gospel. You’ll relive the authentic sounds of the classics with this award winning production.
Wednesday, October 3
We’ll start out our day with breakfast at our motel.
Then we’re off to see The Buck Trent Show. This show is packed full of live country, gospel and bluegrass music. Fans will enjoy Buck’s amazing performance on 5 different instruments. Along with Buck’s premiere picking and hilarious humor, audiences enjoy his all star cast. For over 20 years, Buck’s show has been one of the most requested family shows. You saw him on Hee Haw for years, now see Buck Trent live at the RFD-TV theater. “Oh Yeah!”
Following the show, we’ll have lunch at the Golden Corral.
After lunch, we’ll have some free time to browse and shop.
Then we’re off to board the Showboat Branson Belle. We’ll enjoy a two hour cruise across beautiful Table Rock Lake. While on board, we’ll enjoy the show ‘Encore’ featuring Janice Martin, the world’s only aerial violinist, and the ShowMen, a 6 member all male vocal group performing an impressive variety of songs. The show is hosted by irrepressible comedian/magician Christopher James. We’ll also enjoy a spectacular three course meal.
After arriving back on land, we’ll head off to see the Duttons. The Duttons perform a wide variety of music, and have traveled over 2 million miles in several countries to showcase their instrumental and musical talent. They have also appeared on the TV show ‘America’s Got Talent’ where they were one of the top 10 finalists and you’ll see why.
Thursday, October 4
After breakfast at our motel, we’ll head home this morning with lots of memories.
This trip will be hosted by veteran Branson tour director Mike Hughes.
This trip includes 3 nights lodging, baggage handling, roundtrip bus transportation, all meals while in Branson (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3 dinners – the only meals you will be responsible for is lunch enroute to Branson and on the way home), 7 shows, and all taxes and gratuities on the above items.
Cost is $575 per person double occupancy. Single rates are $650 per person, and triple & quad rates at $550 per person.
A deposit of $100 per person is due at time of registration with balance due August 1, 2012.
A minimum of 30 people are required to make this trip possible with a maximum of 50.
