AN INDIANA WOMAN ENTERED INTO A DIVERSION AGREEMENT FOR A FORGERY CHARGE IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT. ASHLEY CRAVER WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF FORGERY IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED MARCH 7TH INCIDENT. SHE ENTERED INTO A 2 YEAR UNSUPERVISED DIVERSION AGREEMENT. SHE WAS ASSESSED A 500 DOLLAR DIVERSION FEE, RESTITUTION TO JAKE STEWART OF 200 DOLLARS, COURT COSTS OF 195, BOOKING FEE OF 45 AND COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY FEES. SPECIAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE THAT SHE MUST COMPLY WITH MENTAL HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS, NOT CONSUME OR POSSESS ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR PARAPHERNALIA, COMPLY WITH THE PARENTING PLAN IN NORTON COUNTY, PAY FOR ANY WORTHLESS CHECKS NOW OR THOSE THAT MAY COME IN THE FUTURE. CRAVER MUST RESIDE IN NORTON COUNTY UNTIL ALL THE FEES ARE PAID AND SIGN A WAIVER OF EXTRADITION, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.
