AN OBERLIN MAN WILL HAVE A TRIAL AT THE END OF OCTOBER FOR CHARGES FROM THE DEATH OF ANOTHER OBERLIN MAN.  25-YEAR-OLD DYLAN ROBERT CORYELL, JR, WAS CHARGED WITH FIRST-DEGREE PREMEDITATED HOMICIDE AND AN ALTERNATIVE COUNT OF FELONY MURDER IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEATH OF 22 YEAR OLD COREY RYAN COOK. CORYELL WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED BATTERY AND AGGRAVATED BURGLARY.  BOND HAS BEEN SET AT $500,000 CASH OR SURETY.    PRE-TRIAL MOTION HEARINGS HAVE BEEN SET FOR AUGUST 30TH AND OCTOBER 10TH, BOTH AT TEN A.M.  CORYELL’S TRIAL HAS BEEN SET FOR OCTOBER 22ND THROUGH NOVEMBER 2ND, IN DECATUR COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, ACCORDING TO THE KANSAS ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE.
