Fair Tuesday

ANIMALS AND FOOD WILL TAKE CENTER STAGE AT THE 2012 NORTON COUNTY FAIR TODAY.  THE ANIMAL ENTRY AND WEIGH IN WILL BE AT THE FAIRGROUNDS FROM EIGHT TILL NOON WITH ALL ANIMALS ENTERED BY NINE.  FROM NINE TILL ONE THE SUPERINTENDENTS WILL RECEIVE ALL OPEN CLASS EXHIBITS INCLUDING TEXTILES, HANDICRAFTS, CULINARY AND MORE.  FROM TEN TILL ONE IS THE ENTERING AND JUDGING OF THE 4-H FIBER ARTS BY SCHEDULE.  THE 4-H FOODS WILL BE ENTERED FROM TEN TILL THREE AS WELL AS THE 4-H SKILL ARTS AND CRAFTS. ALL OPEN CLASS ENTRIES WILL BE IN PLACE BY ONE.   THE JUDGING OF THE OPEN CLASS CULINARY AND TEXTILES AND HANDICRAFTS WILL BE AT ONE.  AT 1:30 IS THE ENTERING AND JUDGING OF THE ENTOMOLOGY, GEOLOGY, SMALL ENGINES AND ELECTRIC AND THE JUDGING OF THE QUILTS, COVERLETS AND HOME SEWING.  AT 5:30 IS THE AUCTION OF THE 4-H FOODS AT THE 4-H BUILDING.  THE SWINE SHOW WILL BE AT 6:30 AT THE LIVESTOCK BARN.  THE GOSPEL CONCERT WILL BE AT EIGHT AT THE GRANDSTANDS SPONSORED BY THE NORTON COUNTY MINISTERIAL ALLIANCE.  THE HOME OWNED CARNIVAL WILL BE FROM 6:30 TILL 11:30 ON THE MIDWAY.  THE YOUTH TEAM PENNING WILL BE AT EIGHT AT THE EQUINE FACILITY SPONSORED BY THE NORTON SADDLE CLUB.  THE 4-H BUILDING WILL BE OPEN TILL NINE AT THE 2012 NORTON COUNTY FAIR.
