THE BUDGET HEARING AND A HEARING FOR A LOAN APPLICATION WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL TONIGHT.  THE BUDGET HEARING FOR THE 2013 BUDGET WILL BE HELD AT 5:45.  THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE REVOLVING LOAN FUND APPLICATION WILL BE AT SIX.  ALSO ON THE AGENDA FOR TONIGHT WILL BE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR SCOTT SPROUL WILL ADDRESS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT NEEDS FOR THE NORTON COUNTY AREA.  THE UPDATE ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION’S REVIEW OF THE ZONING ORDINANCES WILL BE PRESENTED.  THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE SIDEWALK AND CURB REPLACEMENT REQUEST AT 117 SOUTH FIRST TONIGHT.  THE COUNCIL WILL HEAR THE REPORT FROM THE TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL BEGINS TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF CITY HALL.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
