A COLORADO MAN WILL APPEAR FOR A PRELIMINARY HEARING LATER THIS MONTH IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  AUSTIN NOYES OF FORT COLLINS WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF POSSESSION WITH THE INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE DRUGS, AND NO TAX STAMP.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED MAY 19TH INCIDENT.  NOYES MADE HIS FIRST APPEARANCE JUNE 6TH.  HIS PRELIMINARY HEARING IS SET FOR SEPTEMBER 17TH AT 1:30, ACCORDING TO COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.  NOYES IS CURRENTLY OUT OF JAIL ON 100 THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND.
