A NORTON MAN WAS SENTENCED IN A PLEA AGREEMENT IN NORTON MUNICIPAL COURT.  AARON HOFT WAS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF DOMESTIC BATTERY, VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER AND INTERFERENCE WITH A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH ALLEGED INCIDENTS ON APRIL 21ST, JULY 22ND AND AUGUST 14TH.  IN A PLEA AGREEMENT, HOFT PLED GUILTY TO ONE COUNT OF DOMESTIC BATTERY AND THE VIOLATION OF A PROTECTION ORDER CHARGES.  THE OTHER TWO WERE DISMISSED.  HE WAS GIVE A 90-DAY SENTENCE SUSPENDED TO THE 24 DAYS ALREADY SERVICE AND PAYMENT OF THE JAIL COSTS.  HOFT WAS FINED 250 DOLLARS, BOOKING FEE OF 45, COURT COSTS OF 76, OLD FINES OF 456 DOLLARS AND THE JAIL COSTS, ALL TO BE PAID WITHIN 90 DAYS, ACCORDING TO MUNICIPAL JUDGE JERRY HAWKS.
