A NORTON WOMAN WILL HAVE A TRIAL TO THE BENCH IN NOVEMBER IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  KALEE RICHARDSON WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT EACH OF FAILURE TO REPORT AN ACCIDENT, AN UNCLASSED MISDEMEANOR, FIRST OFFENSE DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR, GIVING FALSE INFORMATION CONCERNING AN ACCIDENT, AN UNCLASSED MISDEMEANOR, AND FALSELY REPORTING A CRIME A CLASS A NON PERSON MISDEMEANOR.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED APRIL 15TH INCIDENT.  RICHARDSON MADE HER FIRST APPEARANCE JULY 20TH.  AT HER PRELIMINARY HEARING SHE PLED NOT GUILTY.   HER BENCH TRIAL WAS SET FOR AUGUST 30TH, BUT CONTINUED UNTIL NOVEMBER 15TH AT 1;30, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.  RICHARDSON IS CURRENTLY OUT ON 35 HUNDRED DOLLARS BOND.
