THE UPDATE ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROGRAM AND THE E-COMMUNITY TAX CREDITS WILL BE ON THE AGENDA FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD TONIGHT.  THE BOARD REVIEWED THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROGRAM AT THE LAST MEETING AND THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVED THE RATE CHANGES.  THEY WILL BE HOSTING A PUBLIC HEARING NEXT MONDAY TO ADDRESS THE CHANGES.  ALSO, NORTON COUNTY HAS BEEN ALLOCATED ANOTHER 100 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE E-COMMUNITY LOAN PROGRAM.  IT HELPS NORTON COUNTY BUSINESSES WITH GAP FUNDING FOR THEIR BUSINESS.  THE CONTRACT WITH PINEGAR AND SMITH AS WELL AS THE MAGAZINE FROM THE WESTERN KANSAS RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WILL BE ADDRESSED TONIGHT.  THE BOARD WILL BE UPDATED ON THE NORTON COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FEASIBILITY STUDY.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WILL BE TONIGHT AT 5:45 IN THE OFFICE AT 205 SOUTH STATE.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
