A NORTON MAN WILL BE ON A DIVERSION AGREEMENT FOR BURGLARY AND THEFT CHARGES FROM NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT. GRAHAM MASSINE WAS CHARGED WITH BURGLARY AND THEFT.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH ALLEGED INCIDENTS BETWEEN NOVEMBER THIRD AND 13TH OF 2010.  MASSINE ENTERED INTO A 1-YEAR DIVERSION AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE.  SHE WAS ASSESSED A DIVERSION FREE OF 200, ASSESSMENT FEE OF 200, COURT COSTS OF 195, AND A BOOKING FEE OF 45.  SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE DIVERSION INCLUDE NO POSSESSION OF  ILLEGAL OR NON-PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, COMPLY WITH THE REQUESTS BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE AND REFRAIN FROM VIOLATING ANY LAWS AND COMPLY WITH THE ORDERS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF HIGH PLAINS MENTAL HEALTH, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.
