A NORTON WOMAN ENTERED INTO A DIVERSION AGREEMENT FOR TWO CHARGES FROM NORTON MUNICIPAL COURT.  BONNIE SWEIGART WAS CHARGED WITH NO DRIVER’S LICENSE, DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND IMPROPER TURN.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED SEPTEMBER FIRST INCIDENT.  SWEIGART ENTERED INTO A ONE YEAR DIVERSION AGREEMENT ON THE NO LICENSE AND DUI CHARGES AND PLED GUILTY TO THE IMPROPER TURN CHARGE.  SHE MUST PAY A ONE-YEAR DIVERSION AND PROBATION ASSESSMENT OF 500 DOLLARS, DIVERSION FEE OF 200, FINE OF 60 AND COURT COSTS OF 76.  SWEIGART MUST OBTAIN A DRIVER’S LICENSE WITHIN 60 DAYS, AND GET AN ALCOHOL AND DRUG EVALUATION, ACCORDING TO MUNICIPAL JUDGE JERRY HAWKS.
