A PHILLIPSBURG MAN WAS INJURED IN A ONE VEHICLE ROLL OVER ACCIDENT FRIDAY NORTH OF HILL CITY.  A 1994 HONDA PASSPORT, DRIVEN BY CLINTON CRAIG OF PHILLIPSBURG WAS NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 28.  CRAIG FELL ASLEEP.  THE PASSPORT DRIFTED ACROSS HIGHWAY 283 INTO THE WEST DITCH.  THE DRIVER WOKE UP, OVERCORRECTED AND LOST CONTROL.  THE VEHICLE ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES, COMING TO REST ON HIGHWAY 283 FACING WEST IN THE NORTH BOUND LANE.  CRAIG WAS TAKEN TO THE NORTON COUNTY HOSPITAL.  THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED AT 2:30 FRIDAY AFTERNOON 18 MILES SOUTH OF NORTON ON U.S. HIGHWAY 283 ACCORDING TO THE KANSAS HIGHWAY PATROL REPORT.  CRAIG WAS NOT WEARING A SEAT BELT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
