A NORTON MAN WILL FACE A COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS REVOCATION IN NOVEMBER IN NORTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.  IN THE ORIGINAL PLEA AGREEMENT, ROBBIE MORTINSEN PLED GUILTY TO TWO COUNTS OF INDECENT SOLICITATION OF A CHILD.  CRIMINAL SODOMY AND CRIMINAL DAMAGE CHARGES WERE DISMISSED.  HE WAS SENTENCED TO 18 MONTHS ON EACH CHARGE TO BE SERVED CONSECUTIVELY.  MORTINSEN WAS PLACED ON 24 MONTHS OF SUPERVISED PROBATION WITH NORTHWEST KANSAS COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS.  HE WAS ORDERED TO LIFETIME POST RELEASE SUPERVISION.  HE VIOLATED THE REQUIREMENTS OF HIS COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS AND THE MOTION TO REVOKE MORTINSEN’S COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS WILL BE HEARD NOVEMBER 19TH IN DISTRICT COURT, ACCORDING TO NORTON COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.
