A KANSAS MAN WILL HAVE A BENCH TRIAL IN DECEMBER FOR HUNTING RELATED CHARGES IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  KYLE ZIMMERMAN OF STILLWELL KANSAS WAS CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO TAG A DEER, AN UNCLASSED MISDEMEANOR, WANTON WASTE A MISDEMEANOR, INTENTIONAL CRIMINAL HUNTING, A CLASS B NON PERSON MISDEMEANOR, CRIMINAL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM, A CLASS C NON PERSON MISDEMEANOR, AND TAKING A DEER WITHOUT A VALID PERMIT, AN UNCLASSED MISDEMEANOR.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH ALLEGED INCIDENTS FROM DECEMBER FIRST OF 2011.  ZIMMERMAN MADE HIS COURT APPEARANCE ON OCTOBER 16TH AND PLED NOT GUILTY.  HIS BENCH TRIAL WILL BE DECEMBER THIRD AT TWO, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.
