A NORTON MAN WAS SENTENCED FOR ONE CHARGE IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  TODD ZINK WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF CIRCUMVENTION OF AN IGNITION INTERLOCK, A CLASS A NON-PERSON MISDEMEANOR.  THAT CHARGE IS IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED AUGUST 12TH INCIDENT.  ZINK PLED GUILTY.  HE WAS SENTENCED TO 12 MONTHS IN JAIL, SUSPENDED TO SIX MONTHS UNSUPERVISED PROBATION. HE WAS FINED 200 DOLLARS, ASSESSED COURT COSTS OF 160, AND A BOOKING FEE OF 45.  HE MUST HAVE ALL THE FEES PAID OFF WITHIN SIX MONTHS, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.
