AN ALMENA WOMAN WAS SENTENCED FOR A ALCOHOL RELATED CHARGE IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  KALEE RICHARDSON WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF FURNISHING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR TO A MINOR,. THAT CHARGE IS IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED MAY 20TH INCIDENT.  IN A PLEA AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, RICHARDSON WAS FOUND GUILTY OF UNLAWFUL HOSTING, A CLASS A PERSON MISDEMEANOR.  SHE WAS SENTENCED TO 12 MONTHS IN THE COUNTY JAIL, SUSPENDED TO 12 MONTHS SUPERVISED PROBATION.  RICHARDSON WAS FINED 1000 DOLLARS, COURT COSTS OF 160, PROBATION FEE OF 60, BOOKING FEE OF 45 AND A DRUG AND ALCOHOL FEE OF 35, PLUS COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY FEES, ACCORDING TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE DEBRA ANDERSON.
