A NORTON WOMAN WILL HAVE A JURY TRIAL IN APRIL IN NORTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.  SAMANTHA BUFFINGTON WAS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF FORGERY, AND FIVE COUNTS OF THEFT, ALL  MISDEMEANORS.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH ALLEGED INCIDENTS BETWEEN AUGUST 12TH AND SEPTEMBER 8TH AGAINST STULL AND ASSOCIATES.  AT HER ARRAIGNMENT LAST WEEK SHE STOOD MUTE TO THE CHARGES AND A NOT GUILTY PLEA WAS ENTERED FOR HER.  BUFFINGTON’S JURY TRIAL WILL BE APRIL 25TH AT NINE, ACCORDING TO COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.  SHE IS CURRENTLY OUT OF JAIL ON 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS BOND.
