THE WORK ON THE POOL PROJECT AND THE CONTRACT WITH PRAIRIE LAND WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL TONIGHT.  BOND COUNSEL RICK ENSZ WILL BE AT THE MEETING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND REVIEW DOCUMENTS THAT WILL REQUIRE COUNCIL ACTION AT THE DECEMBER 19TH MEETING.  ALSO, THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE CONTRACT WITH PRAIRIE LAND ELECTRIC FOR APPROVAL.  THE REPORTS FROM THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND THE UTILITY COMMITTEE WILL BE PRESENTED TONIGHT. THE COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE RESOLUTION PREVENTING THE AUTOMATIC INCREASE IN THE WATER, SEWER AND REFUSE RATES FOR 2013.  THE ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL PURPOSE SALES TAX WILL BE PRESENTED FOR SECOND READING.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNCIL BEGINS TONIGHT AT 5:30 IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF CITY HALL.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
