THE UPDATE ON PROGRAMS AND THE PROGRESS OF A HOUSING DEVELOPMENT WILL BE ITEMS FOR THE NORTON CITY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD TONIGHT.  THE BOARD WILL HEAR AN UPDATE ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROGRAM AND HOW MANY OF THE TAXING ENTITIES WILL BE PARTICIPATING AGAIN.  THEY WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN UPDATE ON THE NATIONJOB.COM.  THE KANSAS HEALTH FOUNDATION PLANNING GRANT IS BEING DONE BY GINA FRACK AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.  THERE ARE GRANTS AVAILABLE FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE JON SHALLERT’S DESTINATION BUSINESS BOOTCAMP.  NORTON ESTATES LLC WILL BE BUILDING 12 DUPLEXES IN NORTON AND THEIR PROGRESS WILL BE PRESENTED TONIGHT.  THE ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE BUSINESS IN THE SPOTLIGHT WILL BE DECIDED.  THE GRANT FOR THE DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT WILL BE ADDRESSED.  THE MEETING OF THE NORTON CITY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD WILL BE TONIGHT AT 5:45 IN THE OFFICE AT 205 SOUTH STATE STREET.  ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
