FOUR KANSAS CITY MEN HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH FOUR WILDLIFE VIOLATIONS IN NORTON COUNTY COURT.  ERVIN JOSENBERGER, JOSEPH BAILEY, JEFFERY BAILEY AND JEFFERY BAILEY THE SECOND HAVE ALL BEEN CHARGED WITH HUNTING TURKEY WITH THE AID OF A VEHICLE, FAILURE TO TAG A TURKEY, HUNTING TURKEY WITHOUT A VALID PERMIT AND WANTON WASTE.  THE FIRST THREE CHARGES ARE BIG GAME VIOLATIONS AND THE WANTON WASTE IS AN UNCLASSED MISDEMEANOR.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED NOVEMBER 9TH INCIDENT.  ALL FOUR ARE AWAITING THEIR ARRAIGNMENT DATE, ACCORDING TO NORTON COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.
