A NORTON YOUNG MAN WAS FOUND GUILTY FOR SEVERAL CHARGES IN NORTON MUNICIPAL COURT.  SETH ANTRIM WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT EACH OF RECKLESS DRIVING, BASIC SPEED, LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT, REFUSAL OF A PRELIMINARY BREATH TEST AND MINOR IN POSSESSION.  ALL THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED SEPTEMBER 15TH INCIDENT.  ANTRIM PLED GUILTY TO THE LEAVING THE SECOND, PBT REFUSAL AND MINOR IN POSSESSION.  HE ENTERED INTO A 12-MONTH DIVERSION AGREEMENT FOR THE OTHER TWO.  HE WAS ASSESSED A 200 DOLLAR DIVERSION FEE, ASSESSMENT FEE OF 200, PLUS FINES OF 200 FOR THE LEAVING CHARGE, 200 FOR THE PBT CHARGE AND 200 FOR THE MINOR IN POSSESSION CHARGE PLUS COURT COSTS, ACCORDING TO MUNICIPAL JUDGE JERRY HAWKS.
