AN ALMENA WOMAN WILL BE ON A DIVERSION AGREEMENT FOR A DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE CHARGE IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  JAYME HORACEK WAS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT EACH OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, TRANSPORTING AN OPEN CONTAINER AND FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A SINGLE LANE OF TRAVEL.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED JULY 24TH INCIDENT.  SHE WAS PLACED ON A DIVERSION AGREEMENT FOR THE D.U.I. AND TRANSPORTING CHARGES AND THE FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CHARGE WAS DISMISSED.  HORACEK WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH PERMITTING AN UNAUTHORIZED MINOR TO DRIVE.   FOR THAT CHARGE, HORACEK WAS GIVEN A 30 DAY SENTENCE OF WHICH SHE MUST SERVE FIVE DAYS, 250 FINE AND 98 DOLLARS IN COURT COSTS, ACCORDING TO NORTON COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.
