A NORTON MAN WILL HAVE A PRELIMINARY HEARING NEXT WEEK IN NORTON COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.  RUSSELL BRILL JUNIOR HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH ONE COUNTY OF RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, A LEVEL SEVEN PERSON FELONY, THEFT, A LEVEL NINE NON PERSON FELONY AND ANOTHER COUNT OF THEFT, A CLASS A MISDEMEANOR.  THOSE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH ALLEGED INCIDENTS ON OCTOBER 30TH OF 2012.  BRILL’S PRELIMINARY HEARING WAS SET FOR FEBRUARY 7TH, BUT HAS BEEN CONTINUED UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY AT 3:30, ACCORDING TO NORTON COUNTY ATTORNEY DOUG SEBELIUS.  BOND HAS BEEN SET AT 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS, AND BRILL IS CURRENTLY IN THE NORTON COUNTY JAIL ON THAT BOND.
