An Almena man will be spending time with the Department of Corrections for charges in Norton County District Court.  Brian Spooner has been charged with one count of felony theft, in connection with an alleged February 28th incident in which a vehicle belonging to William Alexander was taken from Almena.    Spooner pled guilty. He was also sentenced for three worthless checks.  ...
